"I've been a member of a gym since January but sometimes find it can get a bit boring.
I'd been meaning to try Pilates for years and was recommended Jacqui by a friend.
I booked myself a course of ten classes and found I've really enjoyed it. The class is structured, demanding and afterwards I always feel a sense of achievement.
Unlike the gym I can do some of the exercises at home which is handy.
Working with Jacqui is great. She's patient, gives me confidence and I feel at ease in her company.
Pilates is starting to change my shape. My posture has improved and I can feel a big difference in myself. Other people have commented on how well I look.
I'd highly recommend Pilates to anyone. I'm well into my second course and intend to keep coming. My only regret is that I never started this years ago."

"I do pilates classes as often as I can. I love it. Sometimes I arrive feeling shattered but always leave feeling positive and full of energy. I dont know if it is the exercises or taking time to breathe properly that helps most but it's a definite stress buster. I'm the strongest I've ever been and if my shifts prevent me from coming to class I really miss it."

I started doing Pilates a year ago as I wanted something to compliment my running. I come to one to one training twice a week, most weeks. Pilates has improved my muscle tone, shape, flexibility and strength. I enjoy the discipline of having a trainer. If left to my own devices I tend to stick to my comfort zone and not really make any headway. After a class I like to feel that I've worked really hard and improved either technique or stamina. I always feel a little bit taller when I leave.
